Advertising Royalty Override

As a license holder you will be paying 7.9% of your revenue to Kiddie Castle, Inc.  This fee is used to cover the advertising, public relations and operation costs of running and building the Kiddie Castle Brand. This is basically where Kiddie Castle earns it revenue as a business.  We are responsible for alerting the media, marketing to malls, developing new products and building the brand of Kiddie Castle.  We spend a great deal of time securing malls and airports as potential site selections.  As we obtain the corporate agreements we are often simple waiting for an operator like you to call us to put the two together. This royalty covers these and other operational costs. 

Monthly Costs

In order for the software and credit card reader to operate, a small monthly fee must be paid for the service.  As a license holder you will pay $25.00 per month for this service.

Reservation Fee (OPTIONAL)     $495

This is an option if you are considering making a purchase of a Kiddie Castle but not ready to commit 100% to the purchase of a unit.  This enables you to kick the tires so to speak.  This reservation fee can also be paid when you want to lock in a location but not sure if you can find a spot.  With this purchase you receive a license from us for a specific territory. 

With this purchase you receive:

• Kiddie Castle Business cards
• Polo shirt
• Exclusive rights over an agreed area

 It is important to note that this registration fee is only good for 6 months.  It allows you to reserve a territory and represent yourself as a Kiddie Castle independent license holder in order to scout locations and enter into an agreement for placing the Kiddie Castle.  This way you are not tied down to buying a Full License until you have the perfect location ready to go.
