Can I stock the machine with my own products?
Yes. We want you to have the flexibility to merchandise a and make as much profit from your Kiddie Castle. Therefore, you can purchase products from us or on your own. However, any product that goes into the machine needs to follow the guidelines of the License agreement and be approved by Kiddie Castle.
How much help will I be given when selecting a site and installing my machines?
Kiddie Castle will provide you with as much help and direction as we can. However, you are ultimately responsible for finding and securing your placement locations and installing your machine.

Is it hard to learn how to operate the machines?
No. If you can load a dishwasher and program a cell phone, you can learn one of our machines. Fortunately, what we do is not 'rocket science'. You will have access to complete training and full technical support from our manufacturer.
Can you place the machines in any climate?
Kiddie Castle has machines designed for all climates. If the machine is inside or outside we have an option that will work for you and your location.
How much training will I receive? Is it ongoing?
If you purchase 3 or more machines, we offer a one day training program at our corporate offices in Mission Viejo, CA. *Coming to our office is not mandatory and is at your discretion and expense. Additionally, you will receive an Operations Manual that is designed to help you launch and operate your business. Our support is available to you on an ongoing and unlimited basis.
What is my projected ramp-up period?
Upon your acceptance and signing of the license agreement, you will receive your starter kit, initial inventory and machine(s) within approximately 30 days. From that point, it will be in direct relation to your efforts in securing your placement locations.
What can I expect to make from my business?
Income from each Kiddie Castle license varies based on many variables, for example, placement location, market size, demographics, efforts made by owners, competency and economic factors
Where does my revenue come from?
Primary revenue comes from product sales out of the machine. Product is purchased at wholesale and sold at retail. Secondary revenue comes from online sales. For example, for those sales on our website that come from your territory, we will pay you a commission. Additional revenue comes from any other creative way you can think of to make money with your Kiddie Castle machines. Just remember to get our 'buy-in' first. Remember, we have to protect the brand. In regards to developing new revenue streams and maximizing existing revenue streams, Kiddie Castle is constantly seeking strategic partnerships that will benefit the entire Kiddie Castle family.
How much are the license fees?
Kiddie Castle does not charge a designated license fee. This is by design. We don't want our partners to have all their capital 'tied up' in excessive costs and fees. We would prefer that you have your capital available to you to grow your Kiddie Castle business. Our Initial License Package Fee is $7,995.
How much do the Kiddie Castle machines cost?
Our trademarked Kiddie Castle machine is included in your license package. These are top-of-the-line machines that come fully equipped with the latest technologies. These machines have guaranteed product delivery and they accept all coins, bills and credit cards.
Do you provide financing for the Kiddie Castle machine?
Yes, on approved credit with a down payment.
How much time will I need to spend on my Kiddie Castle business each week?
That decision is entirely up to you. You can maintain a full-time job and watch over the business part-time. Or, you can make Kiddie Castle your full time job. Depending on your circumstances, it can work both ways.
Do I get an exclusive territory with my Kiddie Castle license?
Exclusive territories are available with Kiddie Castle. To qualify, you must join Kiddie Castle as an area developer. Your territory radius and development fee is dependent upon market density and demographics.
