Each license comes with everything you’ll need to start, manage and run your new business.  This includes:

Use of our Patent and trademark:  You’ll benefit from using the Kiddie Castle brand, designs and method.  Our unique solution is well known.  As a licensee, you’ll have the opportunity to benefit from our Media coverage, graphics and exclusive products we have introduced to the market.

Exclusive Territory: You will be given an area that is exclusive to you.  You are welcome to request a specific area and if it is available the location is yours.  Although one territory is given with each license you may decide to lock up additional locations for future investments.  This can be done at an additional fee.

Site Selection:  We know that one of the most important items in this business is the location.  Our staff is on hand to assist you in picking the right location for your Kiddie Castle.  There may even be a few areas where we have locations and are just looking for an operator.  Whether it is picking the right area or negotiating the terms of the agreement, we are here to help.

Full Kiddie Castle:  This includes a fully customized Kiddie Castle complete with a 4 sided metal castle rampart, custom graphics on all 4 sides.  The unit stands to 84” tall but can be reduced to 72” if space requires a smaller height.  The depth of the unit is 35” and the width is 39.”  Each Kiddie Castle is setup to vend 41 different products and hold up to 585 products when fully stocked.  With such a complete inventory there is little need to service the machine very often.  The castle has custom motors, helix coils and equipment designed to vend the Kiddie Castle products.  Rest assured that if you decide to make a change or two to the product selection, the machine can be adjusted rather easily.  The Full Kiddie Castle comes with LED lighting, soft pads, homing motors,  push bars, kydex kickers, high dividers and “Promise Product” technology that designed to ensure that each product is dispensed when it should.

Warranty: Rest assured that we stand behind all of our products and machines.  Based on the manufacturer’s warranty, each Kiddie Castle comes complete with a full 1 year warranty on all the parts.  Some parts and equipment come with a 3 year warranty. 

Remote Management Software:  Your Kiddie Castle will come with a wireless system that will allow you to view the activity, cash, sales, products and run a series of reports for each of your machines.  There is no need for your Castle to be connected to the internet.  We’ve got that one covered as well.  Using the AT&T Wireless network, your Kiddie Castle will communicate everything you need to know about your unit almost as it happens.  You’ll be able to see what products are selling, which ones are not and be able to make a choice as to what you should keep and what you should get rid of.  Your software is available on the web 24/7.

Credit Card Reader:  Each Kiddie Castle accepts VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS and DISCOVER.  With real time authorizations your consumers can make a purchase with using all methods of payment.  We’ll set you up with your private merchant account so that the funds are deposited right into your bank account.   

Bill and Coin Acceptor:  We outfit each of our units with the highest quality Bill acceptor to allow to accept $1, $5 and $10.  Your equipment will also accept $20 bills if you’d like but we disable this feature unless requested.

Installation and Setup:  With each license we will deliver, setup and install your Kiddie Castle at your chosen location.  Our local distributor will even take the time to train you on how to care and maintain your Kiddie Castle.  

Routine Maintenance:  Although there is very little work that will need to be done to your unit once it is delivered and setup, there may come time when you need a bit of technical help.  Not to worry.  We’ll put you in contact with a local firm that can help you handle any technical issues that may come up.

Product Inventory: You’ll receive of $1000 in inventory at no extra cost.  With each unit we deliver we will ship enough product to fill the machine to the top.  When you place your Kiddie Castle it will be fully stocked with 585 products and ready to start generating revenue.  You are welcome to change out any of the products with your own as long as the vendor and product meet the guidelines of the license agreement.

Wholesale Product Costs:  You will receive a login and password to www.kiddiecastle.net, our online store, where you will be able to purchase all the inventory you need at more than 50% off the retail rate.

Kiddie Castle Polo Shirt:  We believe a good image is important.  We’ve created an official Kiddie Castle polo shirt that you can wear with pride when filling your machines and collecting the cash.  Just give us your size and we’ll deliver one with your package.

Kiddie Castle Business Cards: Each License holder will receive full color Business cards to assist you in scouting new locations and running your organization as a professional.

Operations Manual: This exclusive manual is designed to answer all of your questions and help you start your new business.  It outlines the steps to take to enable you to run a Kiddie Castle business opportunity within the guidelines of the license agreement.

Telephone Training:  We are always on hand to answer any questions you may have and are happy to offer you the training you need to get up and running.
